It has come to our attention that the Icahn Enterprises (NASDAQ: IEP) entry in the May 2013 Bits & Pieces publication incorrectly attributed some assets to IEP. Instead those assets are held by Icahn Capital, a hedge fund managed by Carl Icahn, of which IEP only owns a portion. Attached is a corrected Icahn Enterprises entry in which only public investments directly held by IEP are included in the net asset value calculation. – The Spin-Off Report
